Working in food service is c...Hang in there, Shawn! Working in food service is challenging for everyone at first. I know that after I graduated, I switched around jobs and was frustrated at not knowing what I was doing right away. I spent years being educated in two particular skills. Then, I had to learn something new all over again once I started working. It's annoying because I'm accustomed to being the Master and not the Apprentice. You should be so proud of sitting down and focusing on your writing. Working 8 hours leaves me with little time and inspiration to buckle down.
